Construction process of Korean exhibition

1. Determine booth requirements

Determine the purpose, display content, and size of the booth, as well as the regulations and restrictions on the booth location.

2. Booth Design Proposal

Based on booth requirements, develop booth planning, colors, lighting, speakers, promotional content, etc., and develop booth design plans.

3. Determine booth materials and equipment

According to the design plan, select suitable booth materials and equipment, such as booths, light boxes, background walls, display cabinets, display screens, audio equipment, etc.

4. Build booth structure

According to the design plan, booth materials and equipment, carry out booth structure construction, install booths, background walls, display cabinets, etc.

5. Layout of booth exhibits and promotional materials

According to the design plan and booth requirements, arrange the location and layout of exhibits, design and produce promotional materials and display copy, and decorate the booth.

6. Adjust and optimize the booth effect

7. Booth inspection and cleaning

Precautions for setting up exhibitions in Korea

1. The construction must be carried out within the scope designated by the construction unit.

2. All exhibition structures must not be covered and must be at least 50 centimeters away from the ceiling and 60 centimeters away from the walls.

3. Flammable or combustible materials shall not be used for construction and decoration, fire-fighting equipment shall not be used for other purposes, fire hydrants in buildings and exhibits shall not be blocked, and fire exits shall not be occupied.

4. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the exhibition venue. If hot work (open flame, electric welding, gas welding) is required, it must be reported to the safety department in advance through the organizing unit. After approval, a hot work permit must be obtained and on-site preventive measures must be taken before construction or performance can proceed. If the operator does not comply with the regulations and does not hold a welding certificate, the relevant personnel should be held responsible.

5. Exhibitors who hire private contractors to carry out special decoration projects on their booths must pay exhibition venue construction and management fees to the exhibition hall.

6. All exhibitors are not allowed to use universal power sockets and plugs during the exhibition construction period.
