1. Determine the booth area and location

The reception desk and main opening are oriented towards the main passage for people. The opening of the booth depends on the location of the booth floor plan. If there are other booths behind or next to you, please consider closing them; If they are all corridors, they can be considered open. Consider the placement of exhibits so that exhibitors can effectively showcase the products they want to express in their exhibits. This requires designing the location, which should be based on the visual habits of the public.

2. Determine the style category of the booth

The style of booth construction in South Korea can be considered based on the nature of its industry, or sometimes customers have their own style and color requirements, which can serve as a qualitative basis for the overall booth style and color.

3. Determine the rigidity requirements of Party A

The first party will make specific requirements for the functional areas of its booth, such as reception desk, LED screen, storage room, display cabinet, interactive exhibition area, negotiation area, VIP negotiation room, etc. When there are these rigid requirements, it is necessary to strictly consider these functional areas in the planning according to the needs of Party A. If there are no special requirements, the design should be based on conventional functional areas and as reasonable as possible. possible.

4. Planning floor plan

After clarifying each functional area, it is necessary to preliminarily divide the booth according to its location and draw a booth layout map.

5. Design Detail Display

Once the style, color, and floor plan are clear, the booth floor plan can be modeled and designed. In the process of styling, it is necessary to consider the rationality, completeness, and aesthetics of each part. Exhibitors should communicate with the booth manager about the project and confirm it after being fully satisfied with the overall design draft. If there is a conflict between the two parties, the construction of the entire exhibition may also be hindered.

6. Modeling, drawing, and organizing PPT report files

After completing the model floor plan, render and organize the map into a PPT report file, accompanied by explanatory text and accompanying images, and then polish the floor plan.

After the plan is sorted and verified, it can be reported to Party A for further work. Generally speaking, all communication work must be completed before the release of the Korean booth construction design plan. Before signing the contract, plan the construction materials and arrange the placement of exhibits.
