1、 Advance planning

National Football League quarterback Russell Wilson said, "Separation is in preparation." The work you do in the planning phase will help you surpass your competitors at the next trade show. The preliminary planning for the construction and design of Korean exhibition booths should address the following issues:

1. What is your trade show goal?

Firstly, determine your goals - attracting potential customers, establishing network connections, launching new products, or building brand awareness are common exhibition goals, each with unique booth requirements.

2. Who are your target customers?

Understanding your target customers is the core of effective booth design - designing based on their interests and unique needs will maximize your ability to attract more customers.

3. How do you attract more tourists?

Developing a wise booth participation strategy while having an excellent booth will help you achieve twice the result with half the effort. Common methods to attract attendees include product sampling, demonstrations, giveaways, and events.

4. Are there any special booth or venue requirements?

Each exhibition hall has its own booth regulations and restrictions - you can refer to the exhibitor guide of the exhibition in detail to better understand them. Understanding more exhibitor guides and gaining rich exhibition experience will help you easily navigate the exhibition.

5. What is your budget?

In order to stay within the budget range, you should accurately understand your total cost as well as the cost of the booth itself.

2、 Discovery stage

The exploration phase is crucial to ensure that the reality of the exhibition aligns with your initial vision, as it provides an opportunity for you to synchronize with the exhibition hall. Some exhibitors enter this stage with strong ideas about the appearance and feel of the exhibition, while others rely more on the experience and suggestions of the exhibition hall. Regardless of the method used, running errands in the pre planning stage when you start conveying booth ideas and design requirements to the exhibition hall will ensure your success in the discovery stage (and in the long run).

Continuous contact and communication regarding the selection of exhibition categories is an opportunity for us to understand your brand, target audience, budget and schedule, trade exhibition goals, and any ideas you may have about your booth. We will thoroughly discuss all the needs and requirements of your booth, including display services, design features, lighting, graphics, etc., and provide our own insights and design inspirations to help you understand the available options. We will also determine if any specific trade show regulations and restrictions will affect your booth.

3、 Design concept and rendering

At this stage of the booth design process, exhibitors directly communicate exhibition requirements with the design service company and create renderings of multiple exhibition concepts. You can review them together, ask questions, provide feedback, and ultimately choose the single design that best fits your vision and goals.

We complete all the work internally because it allows us to adjust your design faster and more economically than other exhibition halls.

4、 Proposal and Pricing

Once you select a category for the exhibition, the representative will begin pricing the entire project, listing the costs of each component of the exhibition, such as materials, labor time, trade show registration fees, exhibition service fees, promotion fees, and transportation fees. After completion, your representative will review the proposal with you, collect feedback, make necessary changes, and ultimately obtain your final approval.

5、 Korean booth construction

Now that you have finalized the booth design plan, the truly interesting thing has begun: exhibition production! You can assign a project manager who will facilitate communication between IED and your organization, send real-time progress updates and photos, and answer any questions that may arise during the exhibition construction process.

IED completes the manufacturing of your booth internally, as it enables us to better manage the production of your booth. This means that everything you receive in the exhibition hall will be exactly the same as what it presents.

6、 Final decision

After your exhibit setup is completed, your project manager will contact you to provide photos of the booth setup and inquire if you are willing to display the exhibits in our warehouse for your personal viewing. As the trade show approaches, we will promptly transport your exhibits and all related materials to the exhibition venue a few days in advance.

7、 Final Exhibition

When exhibitors need to enter the exhibition venue, your exhibition manager will work with the team to assemble all items and prepare for the exhibition. We ensure to provide all trade exhibition services for your exhibition throughout the entire event period
